Day began foggy as you can see, or rather you can't see, from viewing the photo below.
We went for a walk around Northeast Harbor that was fun and a good bit of exercise.
About 10:30 and the sun was winning out against the fog. We took on water and headed up through Somes Sound, which is just around the corner to the west from Northeast Harbor. A beautiful ride up the sound with at diversion into Valley Cove. The water depth drops directly from the face of the mountain to about a 100 feet.
Arrived about noon and enjoyed a peaceful afternoon taking in the sun and warm air that was not so prevalent the last several days.
The DEYC crowd gathered about 5 on shore for appetizers.
The sea breeze died and I was able to get some nice Mavic footage and photos.
