Yes folks we traveled a total of zero miles today. There were small craft warnings posted and we had no desire to pound our way to somewhere just to say we moved.
Also the day started cold and rainy
The day was spent fully in finalizing the storing of everything - but for lunch, the hard working Captain got Faye's left over lobster roll from Friday night repackaged in a toast bagel. Not as good as the feed at Ryan's the day before - but plenty good. Won't be seeing much lobster for a while.
I am beat from all the work. Remember the photos of a several days of the boat stacked with stuff everywhere - well it is all packed away. Faye is always amazed at how the mess morphs into the neat and comfy boat that we love so much. This time the trick was super hard on account of all the extra stuff. We were close to being done about dinner time. And a fine first dinner, of pork ribs and Faye's potato salad that is a real winner, it was.
And sunsets are the best from your own boat. I will never get tired of seeing the sun go down for another day.
So as I am having trouble typing this and staying awake I will say
Good Night and May God Bless
"And sunsets are the best from your own boat." Reminds me of another quote, "I see the same water you do." Great perspective. Love you!
