A glorious day again. This time it began and got more warm. The breeze built up to 15 knots in the later morning and held all through the day. It was coming over the Island so no seas and I was able to be in shirtsleeves soon after leaving the inlet.

As we didn't have far to go (relative to other days on this trip) we slept in and left after the sun was well up.

The photos below are from leaving the inlet - and yes that red boat is a lobster boat,

Coffee on a fine morning - about as good as it gets.
Photos below are of Eaton's Neck Harbor. It is wonderful cut in a sand bar to form a tiny harhor that host a coast guard station. It is at the entrance to Huntington and Northport harbors. The land in private thus no moorings are allowed nor can you land on the beach of the harbor. It was fine as we wanted a day to sit and relax But I had to do a nasty job - that went well but is never any fun  where is Mike Rowe when you need him. It is at the entrance to Huntington and Northport harbors. The first  looks toward the entrance; The next is looking astern and at the Coast Guard station located here.

A glorious sunset. We watched it sink slowing down.

 So I say

Good Night and May God Bless

Flashbacks to to the sailing vessel also named Perelandra on the dock of Warren's. Did you have to use a "Pooper Pusher"! :)

  2. Fond memories of having my own young ones around!1 Even with the unpleasantries!!

The lines were clear but the holding tank gauge needed to be cleaned. I didn't need the pooper pusher this time. I will leave the details to the imagination.🤣🤣😣😣
