In case anyone is wondering, the VOLS didn't show up in the first half and Florida had their way with the home team - the restaurant crowd was sorely disappointed.

The clouds have arrived and it looks from the radar that they are around for a couple of days. The good news is we are on the fringe of the rain band that extends all the way back to Gulf. The edge of the clouds did make for an beautiful sunrise.

We traveled about 50 miles today. I had hoped that the scenery would have been more dramatic but it was enjoyable. There was a mix of low land and some hills

There are some real Tennessee Fans

And for my "I Spy" friends, what do you see in the photos below?

The cows are having a nice splash in the river. The only white one is showing you his back side!

Our lock luck also held for the Fort Loudon lock - the last lock on the Tennessee. We were able to drive right in again.

And I said that I wouldn't be taking photos of McMansions - but soon after getting through the lock we turned and started up the Little Tennessee there was a huge cluster of houses of "I can build  bigger than you" for a mile or so. The negative thing is the lots are real small and it looked like rich tenement housing - but there really was some amazing homes.

The other side of the river was undeveloped and we traveled a mile up to a very nice cove to anchor.
There was a number of Sunday boaters but we were all by ourselves as night descended over us.

We finished watching last week's NFL games to get ready for a new batch of today's game.

So it is time to say ..........

Good Night and May God Bless
