Day 5 July 24 Monday. Warran Island to Holbrook Harbor

A beautiful night spawned a glorious morning. It is still with amazement that I view the sun in the morning instead of fog or clouds or both. The sun painted PERELANDRA in a wonderful light. Nice to have one our favorite places in the background.

Today we decided on a easy run to the north end of Isleboro and then across to Holbrook Harbor.

As you can see Holbrook is just south of Castine. We can see the town from our mooring.

Here we are leaving Warren Island and looking west across to the mainland.

Here we are at the north end of Islesboro island.

The entrance to Holbrook harbor.

Walking Holbrook island.

One gnarly old dead tree.

And back to the boat and after a cool shower to rinse away the evidence of a hike in the heat (did I really use that word this year?), it was time to relax in the cockpit and enjoy the view. First time this year it was comfortable to sit outside. Ah, summer finally!!!

So with the windows open and the cool refreshing evening breezes wafting in it is time to say .....

Good Night and May God Bless
