The
clear sky remained and another glorious day. The breeze from the
southwest shifted over night to the northeast. The breeze stayed up all day and the temperatures rose to the low 80s.

Today was a day to make some distance. We ran about 56 miles with a stop for fuel in Sturgeon Bay.
Sturgeon Bay is a cut in the Door Peninsula is part natural and part man-made. We stopped for fuel after passing through the two draw bridges in the center of the town. Sturgeon looks rather industrial from the water - and not very inviting.
We entered the body of Lake Michigan and turned south. There was a moderate breeze of 12 knots or so - not back.
Kewaunee is a a good harbor and the majority of boats here seem to be related to recreational fishing.
The Kewaunne Municipal Marina was a good location.
These Canadian geese are are not afraid of any fake animal on a pole.
The tug Ludington was on display but accessibly for viewing.
A good stop on way to Chicago
We watched the Pats home opener tonight (last thursday) on NFL GamePass. Really fun.
As it is now late, it is time to say/
Good Night and May God Bless
