Today was a long day - 75 miles about - with two locks thrown in for good measure.  We departed the City of Moore Haven about 0720. There is a lock just up ahead just past the open RR bridge.

Knights Kingdom ready to lock up 8 feet.

Here we can see the moon conceding control of the sky to the sun and it will be back again tonight.

You travel on the "rim" of the Lake Okeechobee for about ten miles from Moor Haven.

 You turn to port ....................

and head out a channel to the open water.

The lake is about 20 miles across. And it was lumpy seas!!

And here we have made it- approaching Port Mayaca lock. We just sailed right on through.

Looks to be a new marina

St Lucie lock - OUR LAST LOCK!!!!!! on the whole Great Loop!!

 I-95 bridge

Sunset marina

Jim and Justine came for dinner and we finished last night's suspended game of Mexican Train. Any guesses from those smiles who won?

You can see it is night time ...................so I will say ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Good Night and May God Bless
