Day 26 Oswego to Picton, ON Canada Friday June 15, 2018
It
was back to cool again last night - high 50s - still just right for sleeping.
Clouds have departed with cool clear weather but still shorts but with long sleeve chamois shirt.

You would be pleased to first click on the trip link about - you will see "WE ARE IN CANADA!"
What a nice feeling - it is another milestone in the trip. And how do I know we are in Canada?
Well the photo below shows that Owsego has faded from view during our wonderfully easy trip across the pond (Lake Ontario). It is a big lake.
But the real proof is we found freshly made Butter Tarts - a running comedic discussion on the Loopers forums.
We stopped in Prinley Cove Marina to call into customs - very easy. As it was just after noon, we continued to Picton, a nice town with a fairly lively Main Street - see below.
We decided to try the Acoustic Cafe as it claimed the best burger in town. It's this a way.
I am sorry to report that is not true as I noticed a McDonald's on Google Maps. So you can tell that burger was a major disappointment. Faye's grilled chicken was equally poor, with the McChicken being able to run away in a comparison test.
We anchored just outside the harbor, which was very scenic.
So a good day - and so I will say
Good Night and May God Bless
